2 Day Sourdough Making Workshop with Giovanni

This is Giovanni : baking teacher and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign

During this 2-day workshop, Saturday 11am to 3.30, Sunday 11am to 2pm, I will guide you through everything you need to know to start Sourdough Baking. You'll learn how to create and feed your own starter, and how to mix, prove and bake your own perfectly crisp bread loaves using good quality flour. During the workshop we will make sourdough bread loaves, sourdough scones, sourdough chocolate chip cookies, sourdough starter, sourdough Hawaiian rolls ( made with pineapple juice and honey). At the end of the workshop, all the participants will take home all the products made.  

You do not need to bring anything, except a tea cloth and a bag to take your makes home in and something to eat when we have a short break for lunch.

We even provide the apron!
