About the event
Local residents are welcome to join us aboard Thames Sailing Barge May to meet others, take part in a creative activity and enjoy refreshments together.
It is free to attend this monthly event! All we ask is that you book in advance so that we can make sure we have plenty of refreshments available and to prepare what's needed for each creative activity.

Reservation for 1 person at Scones & Recipies with Home Instead. Please bring along a copy of a family or favourite recipe. For this Creative Community Café Event you can share what makes your recipe special whilst you bake scones together. Then, relax, socialise and enjoy them freshly baked (and served with locally made jam if you like!) with a tea or coffee.

Exhibition Weds10th March 11-1
Reservation for 1 - Drop in for a cuppa and a freshly baked Baklava pastry to see 'Creativity & Community' - an exhibition of collage, craft and Creative Café reflections. This is the first Community exhibition aboard Sailing Barge May. All who have been to a Creative Café session are invited to call in and bring someone along to see their Creative work on display. The wider local community are also welcome to call in. Local press and radio will be calling in along with local councillors!
