About the event
Giovanni will demonstrate 2 types of authentic Focaccia loaves:
Chici ripieno - stuffed Focaccia with artichokes, green olives, capers and peppers
Parigin Focaccia - tomato and mozzarella between a base prepared with the classic dough of Focaccia and a covering of crumbly golden puff pastry.
The second part of the session will see participants wearing an apron and kneading from scratch 2 other types of Focaccia from other regions of Italy.
Sweet Focaccia with seedless grapes and rosemary
Focaccia di Bari: thin and crunchy topped with cherry tomatoes, olives, oregano and olive oil
