About the event
This is Giovanni : baking teacher and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign
Although Naples is famous for its pizza, the deliciousness of the pies produced in Naples ( Italy) throughout the year during various seasons and holidays should not be underestimated !
These are the pies that we will make during the workshop :
Scarole pie : is a traditional Italian savory pie, consisting of two layers of dough stuffed with sautéed green ( chard / kale / cavolo nero), garlic, olives, capers, and walnuts
Pie with ricotta cheese, eggs, ham and salame.
Pie with aubergine, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil leaves.
