 In just one day you will master how to make two magnificent sourdough loaves, sourdough scones, a sourdough starter from scratch and enjoy an informal, hands-on bread making workshop.

This course will take the fear out of baking and answer any questions you may have on kneading, shaping, scoring and proving.

We will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, proving, shaping, scoring, basting and baking.

At the end of the course, all the participants will take home all the products made during the day. Suitable for all abilities.
