Myself, Heike and Belinda from @womeninboatbuilding visited the amazing Rachel at @pottingshedbakery on Monday evening
Rachel gave us a full tour of her small but perfectly formed bakery, and helped us to visualise the equipment we need to create a space for baking onboard May. So useful and inspiring. This is the oven we want to raise funds to buy...bakes brilliant bread....watch this space!
