Robina is a busy lady. As well as running a successful tutoring business, she teaches maths, manages her brothers artwork and exhibitions, and organises art and craft sales in Brightlingsea. When she has time to spare she will either be behind her sewing machine making a variety of items to sell on her craft table, or tending to her allotment.
Her career background is varied, from engineering, through civil service, including HMRC, and currently teaching, although she feels there is another road waiting to be travelled.
She has always been involved in volunteering and raising funds for charity. She used to run marathons for joy and sponsorship, and drive a minibus to transport local pensioners to their weekly lunch club. The craft sales came about to raise funds for the lunch club, but is now an opportunity to donate the proceeds to local charities and organisations, which is where the connection to Bread and Roses came about.
